Your events, listed and live without the busywork.
Send us an event however it's fastest for you: a quick text description, a flyer or a forwarded email. We turn it into a ready-to-publish ticket listing and promotion, and you approve it with one reply.
How it works
From idea to ticket page in three steps.
No forms to wrestle with and no copying details into Eventbrite by hand.
Send it any way
Describe the night in a sentence, snap the flyer or forward the promoter's email.
We build the draft
We pull out the date, doors, performers and ticket tiers, and set up the listing as an unpublished draft.
You approve it
You get a summary by text. Reply YES and the draft is ready to publish, or EDIT to change something first.
Services
Built for venues that book every week.
We handle the repetitive parts of getting events in front of guests.
Event intake
Text, flyer or email in. Clean, structured event details out, with nothing retyped by your team.
Ticket listings
Listings and ticket tiers prepared as drafts on your own Eventbrite account, ready for you to publish.
Promotion
Copy and assets for each event, made for your own social channels.
SMS updates
Approve events from your phone.
Venue managers who work with us can get text updates about the events they submit.
- A summary of each event we receive, so you can check the details
- Reply YES to approve the draft listing, or EDIT to change it
- A notice when the draft is ready, or if something needs your attention
How you opt in: venue managers sign up on our SMS sign-up form by entering their mobile number and checking a box agreeing to receive event update texts from Pro+Promotions. Texts go only to managers who opted in, and only about events their venue submitted. Message frequency varies with the number of events you submit. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We never send marketing texts through this program, and we never sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing.
